Went thru the drive-thru, so I don't know how the place is kept inside. The lady that helped us was very nice and professional. Of course, I had to wait due to the order was 24 cheese Krystals. It was not that long, and I do not mind waiting a little bit for hot fresh food. I go there everytime I go to Morristown. They freeze well, so they last a good while for us.
I feel like even though the economy prices have increased, I am paying a lot more for less. $20+ dollars for a few Krystals & fries. Even with the Pick 5 it's still about $10 for 5 item
Went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 separate pick 5 meals. Employees were nice, helpful, and professional despite all the different items. Food was hot and fresh, tots were super crispy and delicious. Excellent service. My only complaint is that i miss the battered fries, they were the best, but that is just my personal preference. The new fries are good too.
