I don't eat at that nasty place! Probably just drove. They and burger King put some of soy in their meat that sends me and my youngest daughter to the restroom20 minutes after we eat there every time! So we don't do those places!

Every time I go through here which is daily, I get a LARGE Carmel frappe. I buy large because I want a large. Instead, I get a large cup filled 3/4 of the cup then the rest with whipping cream and then the round top lip with whipping cream as well. I’ve noticed it’s always managers who are the ones making them like this, if it’s regular crew members, they make it filled how it should be, and if I point it and tell them I paid for a large so I want a large cup filled up with frappe not whipping cream, they get an attitude like I’m just being a petty Karen. Which is disrespectful because if the tables were turned they would want what they pay for too!

Drive through was pathetic, communication skills,pathetic, went inside to order,not busy,only a couple patrons,dirty sticky tables,took 10 mins to get my order,Big mac was dry,frys without flavor,my wife ordered filet of fish,one bite and it went to the dog.2nd time and definitely last time at this location. Sad,epic fail,get it together people,turn of the music and maybe the order taker can understand the person in the drive-thru,learn to clean patron areas,lead and train your staff and instead of focusing and your Drive thru times focusing on quality....If your food is good,we will wait..

Cold food, smeared sauces on burgers, incorrect orders. Time after time I have these issues. The pie I just got had a hard left turn lol. Looks like it was violently shoved in the box.

I would give it a 3.5 but that’s not an option lol, half of my fries were soggy and the other half were hard/stale, which is concerning. Most of the employees are really nice but the middle aged ones usually kinda rush you out? And every time I get mayonnaise on my burger the pickles and mayonnaise are clumped on and dripping out one corner of the burger while the rest of the burger is untouched by it. Not bad, just need to take more care into preparation than getting a raise bc of how fast they did their job. It also takes forever to get cookies, which is understandable but just a warning
