Couldn’t get anyone to help me. One girl looked like she didn’t even have a uniform on. The manager walked by my at least 3 times and never once acknowledged me but he was dead set on making sure cooks went and ran trash.

First girl who took my order at the drive thru put it in wrong , second girl gave me half my order and it was wrong. I asked for a refund because I was over it at that point. The second girl disappeared then came back and started screaming and cussing at me. Telling me I could come inside for a refund. ( I wasn’t appropriately dressed to come inside. ) I told her that and she still continued to cuss and scream at me. I drove away as we weren’t going to get anywhere. I placed a chargeback with my bank. I know it’s just McDonald’s but dang , do better.

Well forget trying to pickup a mobile order or use drive through in the evenings here. I made a mobile order and sat in the line from 1025 pm to almost 1050 pm. And not a single vehicle in front of me had moved that entire time and I had to be at work at 11pm so I was forced to cancel my order and rush to work. It shouldn't take that long or longer to make 4 or 5 orders (which was the amount of vehicles in line as there were none at the windows) idk if its them trying to ignore us till we drove off but its unprofessional if thats the case as they were still open. I'd get if after close someone drove up but this was 2-3 hours prior to close so there's not really an excuse that can be given. This isn't the first time ie been forced to cancel my own orders due to them never answering the drive through

Multiple orders have been wrong. One time I got a happy meal receiving only the burger. Another time no drink. Another time bacon double qp with no bacon. Every time I order here something is missing.
Update: ordered 3 sec McMuffins this morning and only got 1. Check your bags people!

If you make a mistake they yell at you through the window. I believe it was the manager too. The foods a hit and miss and she’s making her other employees seem miserable.

Worst experience ever! Really mad me mad. They messed up my order 3 time In a row took almost 45 minutes to correct my issue simply wanted to spicy mchickens with no Mayo and they can't get that right plus listening to people yelling at each other from both the back and front is an experience I don't like to have. I will never come back to this store again also I'm allergic to mayo and still put it on my sandwiches after the sticker said no mayo clearly
