They do not know how to incorporate their double drive thru. I am sure their TTL’s are ALWAYS in the 200s. Do no expect to get fast, efficient service in the morning time, and DO NOT expect to get friendly faces. I am assuming the managers are the people in blue shirts. Even when they are at the second window, I am never greeted nicely and basically thrown my food out the window. I have never been asked to pull forward when waiting in line. You would fail your CEV’s.
