Sonic Drive-In

Well, overall I enjoy Sonic food. The problem with this store, you never get all the food you order. Seems they don't know how to count. I've contacted corporate to suggest remedial counting class for their employees here to get them up to speed.

Hamburgers were cold and onion rings burnt. Check out the picture. Who would even serve that?? Too many other serious businesses on the same strip to waste your time and money here.

Been here a couple times and they're pretty disappointing. I was really looking forward to a yummy breakfast burrito. The picture looks really good but what I got was smaller than a Taco Bell burrito. I pay all this money for a breakfast burrito and it has maybe an egg in it and a teeny tiny piece of bacon. This is pathetic. Also do not get the salted caramel drink because it taste like you're literally licking or drinking a salt lick

Don't never eat at the Sonic on the West end they serve you stuff like this and gives you attitude when you asked to make another one with less mustard

Went there after taking my husband to the hospital looking for just a bite to eat (the footlong coney) on the way home yet I sat in line for over 20 minutes then get handed FROZEN mozzarella sticks so they told me they would get me something else and then waited EVEN LONGER for that. Well I get home and started eating and found 3 black hairs in my food. Needless to say after a stressful night I’m going to bed hungry 😒🙄

I don’t complain but this was horrible. It’s 10 and they close at 12.. me and my boyfriend went thru the drive thru and ordered “blue coconut slushy with nerds” we pull up to the window, we waited for 10 minutes for someone finally came up the window and said our order but added sweet cream( we didn’t order that) so we said we didn’t have that and gave walked away and walked right back to us and gave it a “different drink” it was literally the same drink with sweet cream. I was so pissed so I went back thru and order another one and he had such an attitude with me. I said make sure that doesn’t have sweet cream because I can’t have that and he SHUTS THE WINDOW ON ME. I was so pissed. Never going there again. They took so long and horrible service and didn’t even get what I asked for. Thank you

So i placed my order on this hot humid morning. I tried for about 5 minutes to pay with my card multiple times at the kiosk ..that wouldn't work. So I wait for the carhop cause i couldnt get them to answer me on the speaker. When carhop comes out about 10 minutes later with my order i tell her i have been trying to pay with my card just for her to say ohhhh i forgot to tell you when ordering that we are cash only at the moment! So i sat 15 mins in this 80° weather just to get NOTHING! IM SO FREAKING 😡😡😡 I WILL MORE THAN LIKELY NEVER RETURN TO THIS SONIC!

I don't know what's up with this location lately but it hasn't been great. The ice isn't the nugget ice, it was big chunks and it had stuff in my sprite. I of course saw it after drinking all of my drink. My jr chicken sandwich for some reason keeps getting pickels on it when I never got on there, it's not even an option on the app. The fries were super hard, crunchy and burnt. I never really had any issues until recently.. I don't know what's going on but hopefully it all improves soon.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but it was bad. I got a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and it was so sour I almost vomited in my car. I spit it out. My girlfriend didn’t believe me and tried it and same reaction. I was like okay it happens. But, I also got a double bacon cheeseburger. My tomato was also rotten/sour. I actually vomited it up. I looked at the rest and it was very discolored and mushy. I hate writing bad reviews but somebody has to know because if I got it, other people are too.

The food is good. I go for the drinks and shakes most of the time. The service has slowed up some. Looks like when I went they where short handed. Overall it a good place to grab a snack or a drink to go
