Well I wouldn’t know about the food bc I set at the speaker for 22 min and never got my order taken I pull up to the window and not one person came absolutely a disaster I’ve never seen so many people leave due to not even getting their order taken

Placed order and went to pay with a gift card, and they refused to accept a SONIC GIFT CARD. I ate somewhere else. 😒

Both Sonics are trash.

This is the Sonics in Morristown you AVOID! Go the one on Cumberland street (I'm actually afraid to say that. Because now THAT one will turn to trash too 🙄) No one at this establishment cooks the food right. Everything is either hardened and over fried, or they don't even get the order right sometimes. Been here 4 times. NEVER got exactly what I paid for. And the way they over fry their chicken is absolute TRASH! It's mostly girls that work at this one. So, they're all just going through the motions until they can clock out. There is zero leadership or accountability at this location. They will treat your food like garbage

I went for tony island hot dog thursday. They advertise all beef hot dogs But I know my hot dogs and that was definitely a chicken frank!!!

Came here for 2 drinks and left with nothing and I paid!!

So I made a pick-up order for just 2 drinks. When I arrived, I pulled into a spot and proceeded to check in. But it kept saying the parking number was invalid. So I tried multiple others, none working. I then proceeded to go to the drive thru and see what I could do. When I pulled up, I waited for a while! Turns out the speaker wasn’t working I guess and there was no sign. Soooo I pulled up to the window and waited, seen someone and knocked and was very much ignored. So ultimately I left with out my order, which I very much paid for. I will not be returning to this location personally and I will recommend everyone also stay away. Is what it is.

I'm a Uber eats driver. I followed restaurant instructions and pulled up hit red button and told them. They weren't busy (2 other cars). 15 minutes later, still nothing. I hit red button again, by her response it was obvious they had forgotten. It came out quickly then.

We went and waited 30 minutes for 4 drinks and an onion ring. Someone next to us was told through speaker to wait 10 min and they'd be right with them. The person had already left.
