Went here with my family (kids all got something besides TB) on December 26th. Ordered at the kiosk, we waited almost 20 minutes for 2 meals, and no, they weren’t busy. 2 people besides us in the lobby, and light to medium traffic in the drive thru. And now the real disgusting part. The UNEDITED Rap music they were playing!!! Not something you want to hear, much less in public, where women and kids can hear! Then to boot, half the food was borderline cold when we did get it!
Not usually one to complain but come on now who would want to eat cold food?! Ordered on the app on my lunch break, got there not even 5 mins after ordering, I got a large nacho fry, go to eat them and they are COLD not even room temperature cold, felt that like they had been sitting in a fridge. Wasn't even no where worth the eating them for the $4 you pay for em. Had i not been on a timed lunch break, I would've been back to the store. Money wasted bc nobody wants to eat cold food.

Our orders took forever and they were NOT busy + there were plenty of employees in the kitchen.
Wish I'd know what was coming later. Absolutely the worst food poisoning I've had since high school.
Plus .. bonus: I'm pretty sure I was charged twice for this! It said it didn't take my card, but I have a charge on my card pending. We'll see if it goes away. If not, I'm not driving all that way. But they WILL be hearing from me! I'm NOT paying TWICE for food poisoning!

Customer service I got from the supposed manager in drive through today was sloppy and unprofessional. Acting like I ruined her whole day just by being in her drive thru. It’s crazy to work somewhere as management and then act like a child at that grown age 🤷♂️I won’t ever be going back there

Had to wait on a person to come to the front counter to take order she didn't seem like she was very happy to do so when you are a senior you should automatically get a senior discount did not get that I had to ask did not get my drink so I had to ask for that also had but they are letting it go to give him my receipt they never gave me my receipt back got tacos but they were so flat they didn't even seem like as we got was a little sliver of a taco they used to have fantastic tacos bring back the normal size taco and you might add more people
