Tired of paying for items not placed in my bag. Tired of them not packing the bag right either. Just wasted $6 on a Mexican pizza that got placed on the bottom of the bag and tasted like cardboard. Tired of paying $3 for nacho fries when yhe container barely has anything in it. Cheesey bean and rice burrito is the quarter of the size that it was last month. Very done with this location. Never have issues on the other side of town.

I love taco bell. This taco bell, and the other one in morristown, are the worst I have ever been to. Horrible series, extremely long wait times and terrible quality control.

Was fairly happy with my meal. Got two soft shell tacos that came out good and tried the cantina chicken burrito which was very good my only complaint is for the cheese quesadilla that I ordered. The last few times I've ordered quesadillas I've not really had much issue but this time it was like they didn't spread the cheese out on the quesadilla so about half the quesadilla was just tortilla with no cheese. Overall though the meal was fine and service was quick the quesadillas are just a hit or miss sometimes

It was taco bell. The staff was nice. Got what we asked for and these days that's saying a lot. Decent taco bell for the area. Snug fit in the drive through.

I love going there for the food & sauces. My favorite is the breakfast salsa. It tastes sooo good! If you have to be cautious with what you buy, I suggest getting a Spicy Potato soft taco or a bean & rice burrito. Try with that sauce or your favorite, and it's good!
Vegetarian options: I would try the Veggie power bowls, sides of beans with red sauce, or other options. You can make it as you wish.
Dietary restrictions: This is a good option for vegetarians, but if you need gluten free, you have to order without the soft taco.
I got there to pick up a grub hub order, while I was waiting I lost 2 delivery's amounting around $35, 4 other driver came after me and left before me, still had to wait longer, the order was only 2 burritos 1 lunch box and a larg drink. Shouldn't have taken 45 min.

They always mess up an item in my order I got the $9 burrito box and they forgot my suces
They are always running out of items. Youll get stuck in narrow bend of drivethru for almost an hr.after paying for food online and just to be told they don't have any of the items for my bowl besides chicken and lettuce . And find out they are out large cups and ask if a medium would be fine without changing the cost or compensating. Lie to me and say they are giving me a free taco and don't. And to beat it all the food I did receive was barely a spoonful of chicken. Worst experience so far.

There's been more than one occasion where items have been missing from the order and/or ingredients are missing from the food.
The final straw was when we went through the drive-thru the other night, our order was completely messed up, which was only discovered once we got home. My wife tried calling several times but we never could get through to someone. We went back and they fixed the order but it was a bit of a hassle having to get back out and drive down there.
We never have issues with the Taco Bell on the West end of town so, I'm not sure what the problem is with this one.
