Worst taco bell in morristown! Employees are always rude and have attitude, food is always made wrong and whatever you get will be the bare minimum. Tacobell in alpha or even the one beside chickfila is better than this.

No longer can take your order at the counter and have to use a kiosk? No thanks, I don’t work here. No lids for large cups and no ice in the lobby for drinks. Was probably a bad night for them but the kiosk is the icing on the ‘not going eat there anymore’ cake.

It's a Taco Bell. Staff was friendly, though. I arrived a few moments after they opened to acquire a Baja Blast pie for my brother. I wouldn't recommend the pie, but I did eat it.

Night time management is a joke. I placed an order from here on DoorDash and whenever my dasher arrived to the store she was told that my order had already been picked up. I called the store and explained what happened and asked to speak to the manager and the person on the phone replied “this is a manager speaking and there’s nothing I can do about that.” So, if you’re looking for free food apparently this Taco Bell let’s just anyone come in and take the door dash food!

First off im not even a big taco bell fan Im pretty indifferent about it but it is my husband's first go to everytime so we got it just like 10 mintues ago and idk whos working there rn but this has to be the best taco bell ive ever had the cinnamon twist good and fresh the foods not all thrown togther as you come to expect from a taco bell seriously got someone good there 10 stars

Sitting in the drive-thru as I type this — 30 minutes deep and still no sign of my food. I’ve had relationships that moved faster than this quesadilla. The staff inside looks like they’re filming a sitcom — laughing, chatting, probably discussing what used to be my grilled cheese burrito. No updates, no apologies, just pure mystery. The line’s wrapped around the building like it’s Black Friday, but folks are starting to give up and drive off. Meanwhile, the crew inside? Unbothered. Living their best lives.

I stopped by Taco Bell to get breakfast this morning because I work third shift and I haven’t eaten and it plainly states on the door that they open at 9 AM and close at 12 AM what is now 9:12 AM but the lobby is still locked in I can’t get anything to eat Just saying.. I don’t understand how you clearly post your hours of operation and then keep customers locked out of the store
I saw a man use the bathroom not wash his hands and come out and use the kiosk. I walked out. That has to be a health code violation. Not going back inside to order anymore since kiosk is only option inside.

Server was friendly and food was still fast food ,Not my normal spot. Drive thru slow as usual due to poor placement or external speaker, nearly at the pickup window, not allowing sufficient time for staff to prep between orders. Drive thru is extremely narrow and difficult to maneuver.

No carbonated drinks, no potatoes. Placed an order online and they didn’t even have it ready didn’t know it was even there, when they finally made the order it was lukewarm and was missing items. The people there didn’t acknowledge me waiting and was rude rolling their eyes at me and ignoring other customers too, and the whole place smelled it REEKED of old standing water and rancid oil
