They give a military discount where Taco Bell doesn’t anymore.

So I went and got a super six pack and a pound of crispy tacos and two large potatoes. I get home. My potatoes is soggy stuck together soggy like soaking wet and my tacos is like so stale. You can't even eat it. I was so mad I did not want to leave a review nor call them yesterday. $54.48 cent just wasted I ant happy at all

Super clean restaurant. Food is great. But, the employees are super nice. The cashier was super nice. Talked to my kiddo. My kid had tripped and fallen. She came out to check on her and then checked on her again before we left. Most places, employees would be upset that a kid accidentally spilled their drink when they trip and fall. But, the woman wasn’t upset about that at all. She was just worried about my kiddo falling.

I also saw their Pokestop for kids and the coloring station that they have set up. My daughter colored her a picture of her favorite Disney princess. It was a very peaceful place.

Moved from Nebraska where these are very popular and quite common. It was great to see a location was semi close but wish we had one in Knoxville or Oak Ridge.

The food taste isn’t the problem but every single time I’ve eaten there I end up sick. The first time I had it was earlier this year while I was pregnant so I figured that was the reason. The last month I’ve eaten there twice because it hasn’t been busy compared to places like Chick-fil-A or McDonald’s. Each time I’ve gotten so sick and felt terrible for the entire night and into the next day after eating there. The food tastes good, but I don’t understand what is making me so sick. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I’m starting to realize why I never see anybody there now 😭

We asked for no lettuce on the tacos, they put lettuce on them all when even the receipt says no lettuce. Six pack and a pound on door dash is expensive so they should get it right. Onions on a burrito we asked no onions. Asked for mild sauce and didn’t get one pack! We pay a fee for door dash and delivery, so they should take their time and get the order right. Very disappointed, do better Taco John’s!

Food was great as usual. Inside the restaurant was clean, but the parking lot had so much trash and leaves we had to double check that they were open.

What an absolute joke. Appalling customer service and very poor food. Ordered pickup online and was missing a sour cream and 2 cups of mild sauce. No biggie, so I run inside and ask for the missing things. The girl immediately argued that I was only supposed to get 2 sour creams not 3 until I showed her the receipt. Then the girl on the line wouldn't give her 2 more cups of sauce saying " I already gave him one for free, your supposed to pay for that" very loud and rudely. The other girl them came up front and said I'd have to pay (again not a problem so I pulled out my debit card) she rung up the 2 mild sauces on the computer and the screen said $0. She then poked around on the computer for another 30 seconds seemingly trying to find a way to charge me until realizing they were wrong and said looks like they are supposed to be free. She went to the line to make the 2 cups of sauce and in the process got a phone call which was obviously a customer complaint by her responses. She just stopped filling up my sauces and I patiently waited for over 2 minutes while she argued with the customer over the phone. While the other 2 girls made faces obviously annoyed to be bothered by customers. Until I finally said can I please get my 2 sauces. She made them and handed them to another girl who huffily gave them to me. Then I get home and the portion sizes of most items ordered were a complete joke! See photos of side by side of restaurant photo vs what we actually received. Needless to say I will not be back to this establishment.

If I'm heading to Tennessee, or anywhere in the area, via 25E, this is my go-to lunch spot. I miss having a Taco John's where I'm from, so not only is it lunch, but also, a treat. Better than some other fast food taco places I could name. Always up for a big bowl of Potato Ole's.

However, this location, while good, is showing it's age. A future refresh wouldn't go wrong.
