The product was good. Only complaint is that it prompts for a tip at payment for a business that is mostly self-serve. It does not make sense to ask for a type in such a scenario.

When we went a couple months ago, we got the best service ever! The lady was so polite and kind. This is honestly the cleanest and nicest TCBY I've ever been to.
And c'mon people. It's frozen yoghurt/ice cream by weight. The price isn't bad when you comoare it to other places nowadays. We paid about $16 for two adults and a kid, and our portions were decent.
This place is so overpriced, it's ridiculous. Yes, the ice cream is good, but c'mon... It's ice cream! In what world is it acceptable for 2 servings of ice cream to cost nearly $20?! And one of the cups was for a 7 year old! He got a cup of cotton candy ice cream with a few gummy bears and NERDS on top. My husband got a waffle cone with vanilla ice cream. The total was $16 and some change!

The yogurt was good but MAN the service was awkward and made me want to gouge my eyes out from cringe.
I didn't know how to order as it was my first ever visit and I specifically said I didn't know how to order. The workers just stared at me awkwardly until I probed just the right question to finally understand what to do.
So awkward. Won't be back.
