I really like that they always have 2 sugar free options. My husband is diabetic and rarely gets to have ice cream. The kids LOVE it! Not gonna lie... I love it, too.

Love this place every time I go to Morristown White Chocolate Moose it is!!! I wish we had on in Knoxville!
I wish they have 0 star for this store, I came here to buy two glasses of ice cream and 10 waffles, two glasses of ice cream are charged separately, 10 waffles are charged separately but the staff here they weigh 10 cakes plus 10 times the cake rack, and they charge twice as much for 10 times the stand, I don't buy the cake stand but have to pay 10 times they weigh the cake stand, they weighed 10 times instead they only weigh 1-2 times, be careful with this store

Went in yesterday to try this place for the first time and the employees customer service was horrible. We have never been here before and they was being rude because we asked what do we do. Get to the cash register and I ask do we put both on the scale. She gives no response and stares and looks down at the scale. Once I put both cups on the scale she then rolls her eyes at us. Then and there I say there’s no need to be rude and we won’t be back. And it was NASTY the chocolate had a weird taste to it and the toppings tasted old.

Was there today. Husband paid for 2 large containers $23 girl behind the counter charged double. I use to like going there. But, when you can't trust the cashiers to do you right. 1 star is what I had to give to make my issue known. Be careful.
