Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First time at Zaxby's and I did a pickup order. Had a little trouble checking in at first but once the app caught up it was good. Enjoyed the food though in comparison to Popeyes the chicken is a little more on the balnd side (sorry!)

I will never eat here ever again now I have food poisoning been sick all night long. The food did not taste right and it was half cooked. Be a wire.

This place is very clean and the food was amazing! Aaron was very helpful and a great manager that creates a calm environment. Anything we needed was taken care of. He was so polite to open the door for us and we'll definitely be back to this location!

Delicious food but the workers sometimes leave out sauce even when I pay extra for it. I recommend the tenders in tongue-torch for the spicy lovers or some simple nibblers. Overall, delicious food, but pretty expensive

The slowest “fast food” place I’ve ever been! No one in the drive thru, no one inside and they still wanna pull you then you sit out there for 30 minutes while watching them serve several other people!! A bunch of slow kids who don’t care abt the customer or the job!! Do better!!! This place is freaking AWFUL!!!

I recently visited Zaxby’s and had the pleasure of trying the exclusive MrBeast special box, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and provided excellent service throughout our meal.The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the MrBeast special box. It included a mouthwatering assortment of Zaxby’s signature items, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the accompanying dipping sauces added an extra layer of deliciousness. The fries were perfectly seasoned, and the coleslaw was fresh and crunchy.But the true star of the box was the Feastables chocolate bar, a delightful surprise that capped off the meal perfectly. The chocolate bar was rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious, adding a sweet ending to a fantastic dining experience.To top it all off, we had the incredible opportunity to meet MrBeast himself, Jimmy! He was as friendly and down-to-earth as he appears in his videos, and we even got to take a photo with him. This added a truly memorable and personal touch to our visit.Overall, this collaboration between Zaxby’s and MrBeast was a huge hit. Food is decent but everytime I go through to get a SALAD I have to wait at the curb for 15-20 minutes or more and today apparently I wasn’t pulled up right up to the sign so a skinny dark headed female employee comes out and literally stands by the sign and directs me to pull up several inches lol. Girl, calm down and get the food ready so people don’t have to line up and wait 20 minutes while you’re running around outside acting like you work for some kind of road work.

Would give negative stars if possibleWaited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes to place order.Next pull around to pay. Received drinks then told to pull forward and food would be right out. After waiting 13 minutes I went in and they hadn't even started making my order. I got a refund and went on my way.
