“This was my review a year ago: Love the new mcD's app it's part of our everyday routine. Fries are a must on my daughter's list and only mcD's fries will do.Presently 2023: the customer service is horrible, a few of the employees talk rudely to you and will purposely mess up your order and make slick comments to and towards you and mock you over the intercom and thru the window. Fries get worst every visit. Not saying every employee is this way but seversmof them. They spread lies and rumors about people that come thru the drive thru and to put it simply as possible they need to fire about half of the employees and hire new more customer friendly ones that don't have such bad social and people skills. When working in a public business dealing with everyday customers, you cannot act such way they have almost lost this customer.“
