I've been to this location a handful of times and out of that handful, at least half have been bad experiences; tonight was the icing on the cake though.
Let me start by saying both the BR website and app show the hours for this location are until 10:00 PM, daily. Not to mention, all locations show they are open until 10 PM, daily.
