The Hardee’s in Mount Juliet, Tn is the worse. The customer service has been in decline every since the remodel. You can stand at the counter for 5-6 minutes, while 3 employees work the drive-thru. A 4th employee shows up to help the drive-thru crew. Nobody even says a word to you, except when you had enough and start to leave. Then you get attitude from the manager. I hate McDonalds but I went there. I didn’t even get to the counter and 2 people asked to take my order. Not...read full review
