the food and nice people
Today was our first time and we were very happy with our meal. A nice, simple, home-cooked style southern meal. They came around with fresh baked cookies to our table, staff was friendly, and clean plates were left!
Local Joe’s used to be my favorite restaurant, but I will not be returning after my experience dealing with Regan P. today. Her attitude was beyond rude. I told her 3 times that I had a reward and showed her the text saying so. She didn’t know how to do it, so instead of asking she told me I would have to use it next time. I asked her to find out how to use it now - she sighed, gave an attitude and denied me telling her I had a reward.
