Just did drive thru. Order a large mocha. Cup was barley half full. The guy said oh we can add some milk and fill it up. Not what I ordered. Was in a hurry so didn’t wait.
this location did not deliver customer service today. about 8 people received their drink orders before mine. my drink was not made correctly and my pumpkin bread wasnt given to me. I had to ask multiple people for it. finally the employee cleaning the trash got my pumpkin loaf bread. great. how exciting. and warmed it up which I asked for it not to be. on top of that she didnt really want to give me a new order as she said it was just warmed up a little. what a disappointment
