“This was our first visit to The Goat. The restaurant was in a new residential area with a “urban park/downtown” feel (brick roads, brick townhouses). We arrived during brunch and were offered brunch and lunch menus. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. The menus offered a wide range of food options, from to eggs to pizza. The decor was an attractive blend of industrial mixed with historical warehouse (sky high ceilings, wood beams, exposed brick walls, painted wood shelving, trendy lighting).
We tried the jerk chicken tacos, deli pepperoni pizza rolls, boneless dry rub wings and a spinach and pesto omelet. All of our food was served hot and fresh on dark rectangular ceramic plates. The Goat dry rub was flavorful and the chicken was very tender. The pizza rolls were buttery and crispy with just the right amount of cheese without being greasy. The marinara was served warm (as it should be but frequently not). The tacos were served in portions of 2 or 3. Two was plenty for one person. The tortillas were warm and soft, the sauce was fantastic and the jerk chicken was bursting with flavor. I didn’t try the omelet, but it was plentiful and my husband ate every bit of it.
We loved everything about our visit and will be back soon.“

“Mr. Brews Taphouse is our favorite place to go in Murfreesboro! Everybody that works there is so friendly. The food and drinks are excellent! We go at least once a week.“

“Great service and even better food. We knew them from Don Ramon, and barely had the chance to try Maya Grill until now. The food quality is great and the flavor is just as good as I remember it from years ago. The staff were friendly and attentive even though we showed up 1 hour before closing. Highly recommend this place to anyone.“

“i sat at the bar and i love the service with the one on one with the bartender. i had no drinks. but the brisket quesadillas were amazing SHOUT OUT TO THE GRILL LINE who gave me a Rose made of aluminum foil, it made me leave w a smile, the manager checked in on me frequently and my services. great service , period <3“

“Besides the food being amazing.... we brought my daughter here the day she had ear surgery because that's what she was craving .... the waiter (Jharius) and the lady at the front desk were both so considerate and even turned the music down. It brought tears to my eyes because it was very thoughtful. My family and I appreciate it Chuys!!!“
