“I ordered 7 cups of ice cream for a van of nursing home residents March 13,2024 between 2:10PM and 2:20PM. AMYRAH and her team created the order quickly. I asked for a tray to carry the cups to the van. Amyrah offered to bring them out. There are two other co-workers that assisted in delivery of the ice cream to the van. I thanked Amyrah and let her know she has provided excellent customer service with her co-workers.“
