“We stopped at this BK on the way home from work and the guy at the drive thru was super cool SO patient as we changed our order at least twice. Anyway, the ABSOLUTE best fish sandwich I've EVER had at BK, no joke! The breading was crispy which was a first for me, and I've eaten lots of fish sandwiches from BK. Onion rings so good we joked about going back to get more!“
“What a wonderful experience at BK! Erika, assistant manager, went above and beyond to make our experience so great. We made a mistake with our order and we knew it was our fault, but she was so gracious to help us. Service was phenomenal and the fries were the freshest we’ve ever had!! “The best customer service I've ever received at a fast food restaurant. Both employees I interacted with in the drive through were some of the kindest and most genuine people I've interacted with, especially at a Burger King, which is a difficult characteristic to display working in customer service. The food is just okay, being Burger King and all, but my order was correct and the guy at the window was very kind in making sure he had everything right before assembling the order. The employees here are really going above and beyond.“
“The food is good. I only get breakfast there, but they open at 6am and they are never ready until 615-620. They said that they aren't allowed to come earlier to be ready for the 6am opening. That's a management/ownern problem, worried about paying their staff for the extra 15mins.“
“I couldn't address the atmosphere because I didn't go inside, the young man who took my order was patient and helpful and I want to give him proper recognition because the drink I ordered was with no ice and when I get to the window I'm informed it will take a little longer because it wasn't just sitting in the warming tray so I determined they had to make it fresh (which I appreciated) but the young lady at the window gave me the drink but it had ice so I decided not to complain so I pull forward and waited, the young man that took my order brings my order out with another drink with no ice and said he realized she had given me ice in my drink and he wanted to make sure I received what I ordered! That was worth me taking the time to write this review! I wish I could remember his name but the sentiment and appreciation remain strong for what he did! Thank you young man!!!“
“I eat breakfast here and the food is good, and the staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS!!! The problem they have is that they open at 6am, but they are NEVER ready until 615-620. It's NOT the staffs fault, they have told me multiple times sorry and they are lage bc their boss won't let them work earlier to be ready at the 6am opening. That is a management/ownership problem being shortsighted by not paying the 2 or 3 people an extra 15 mins to have everything ready when they should.“
