“Used to be very slow, so slow I avoided this location at all costs for years. Nowadays whether it’s an early breakfast on the way to school or a buy one get one Whopper Wednesday like today, they get me in and out with speed and accuracy - love it! Marquisha and her manager were also very helpful with placing my order in the app. Please don’t stop doing what you’re doing. Ten out of ten, highly recommended.“

Was a very pleasant definitely need more Ms.Lesia's in the food industry!!!!! “I never leave reviews, but this is for the Burger King on 8th ave south, Nashville tn.
The 2 ladies, and 1 gentleman I interacted with at approximately 1:40pm through the drive through were exceptionally friendly and polite. I do not know their names, but it’s definitely a surprise to be welcomed with smiles and respectfulness in Nashville. I hope they see this, and it trickles down to give them recognition. They made my day. Thank you!!“
“Had a great experience here. I judged the book too soon and ended up talking with the GM at this location because I thought my food was wrong. Turns out, I put the order in wrong myself. The GM didn’t argue, put. Up a fuss, nor did she give any attitude. She simply laughed and joked with me about MY mistake and even showed me how to use the kiosk thing. I definitely appreciate her because it was me that made the mistake and she didn’t have to go out of her way to help me, but she did! She showed me that I RULE!!!!“
“The store is always clean and everyone at the store is nice. This one is one of my favorite BK to go in Hermitage TN. Today I had an issue with my online order and Ms.Tonya the manager help resolve it.she was nice as well as her team. This all happened about 5:40pm on 02/24/2026 . So if you ever have an issue or your order is wrong she and her team doesn’t mind helping to resolve the issue or refund you your item. Thank you and I hope you guys have a blessed day“
“I really got treated rudely at the villa Italian kitchen next door to Burger King. Burger King saves our tour at the end of the day. MELISSA AND ADRIANA WERE VERY POLITE, pleasant voices. They apologized for the misconduct that I received from their rude neighbors (villa Italian kitchen), they didn’t have to do that, but thank you for your hospitality MELISSA AND ADRIANA FOR BURGER KING. Thank you Burger King for hiring MELISSA AND ADRIANA, excellent customer service.“
“I dined in today. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were out of some menu items, so they had signage for that as well as signage stating for customers to use the two available kiosks (very similar computer touchscreen to McDonald's) unless a cashier was available at the counter. My food was served at the counter in a reasonable short time. The quality of the food was great. Despite the mostly negative reviews this location has received in the past, I had a good experience as you can see expressed in this review. As you can see in my photos here, the location was clean, although the men's restroom was out of order at the time. I can tell this place has recently been renovated, so we shall see how time treats it. As of right now, I do recommend this location. And by the way, breakfast ends at 10:30 a.m. there were quite a few people walking in just after 10:30 being surprised by that fact at the counter. 5 stars this time BK.“
“The burgers were loaded and fresh, the fries were delicious and hot, the staff outstanding and friendly, and the price was right. Not only are the fries great but the ketchup is Heinz! 🍅I love this location after the one in Bellevue TN closed down.“
“I don’t get Burger King often but when I do it’s always fresh and the workers are nice. Just want to say Thank you again to the night manager David and the other young man working the drive thru for being so helpful and patient even though it was busy and close to closing time. Hope they are getting recognized during these hard times.“
“Listen, the young man in the window was phenomenal! He had a very difficult customer b4 me & when I got to the window, I could tell he was highly frustrated (understandably so), but he held it together. After the disrespect I saw him received, I was impressed with how he kept his composure“

With that being said, this location did well with double checking the order before payment and just being friendly, though there's an obvious language barrier for anything outside of your order 🤷🏿“
“A huge shoutout to Terry, the incredible GM at Burger King, and the fantastic staff! I recently indulged in breakfast from there, and let me tell you, the croissants were nothing short of heavenly! Each bite was a delightful experience, bursting with flavor and warmth. The food was simply outstanding—truly out of this world! I couldn't help but call to share my excitement, and to my surprise, I learned that my meal was crafted by Terry himself! A heartfelt thank you for such a wonderful experience! I've enjoyed breakfast there many times before, and it never fails to impress. Every visit feels like a treat!“
“I approach an empty counter, and am told "be right there", "no rush" i reply, when someone does come to the counter -- I smile warmly at the cashier, and ask for a double whopper value meal, i am then interrupted mid sentence to be told "we don't have value meals" I then order the "number two", and am handed a receipt which says "double whopper vm"... I wonder what VM could possibly stand for? Anyone?

The Only Review That Comes With the Bathroom Code
Stopped by for a quote bite. One of the nicest BK's I've been to in this area. In the 20 minutes I was there. A gentleman had come out multiple times to clean the counters and floors. Surprisingly quiet for such a busy area.
And just for reading this review, I give you the most important part about the review...bathroom code is... 12345. Just immaculate if I might add. 🚽 🎉 😂
