“The best customer service I've ever received at a fast food restaurant. Both employees I interacted with in the drive through were some of the kindest and most genuine people I've interacted with, especially at a Burger King, which is a difficult characteristic to display working in customer service. The food is just okay, being Burger King and all, but my order was correct and the guy at the window was very kind in making sure he had everything right before assembling the order. The employees here are really going above and beyond.“

“I want to recognize Syshelle and Tomio for their outstanding customer service at the Burger King drive-thru. They were extremely polite, welcoming, and both had smiles on their faces. They took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our order before we left. This kind of service makes a big difference and deserves recognition.

“Its just not what it used to be.. service is still good.. but the burger patties don't come hot like they used to. It's like they only come room temperature and they don't even taste the same. I have gotten a double whopper several times from here and got home to eat it to realize that they only put one pattie on it vs Two patties. That's happened several times.. other then that.. it's alright.“
“My friend & I went here two days back-2-back cause we had to go out to my moms in Rockvale to help & well I don’t have a Burger King on my side of town. Dude….the guy at the first window is the nicest guy I’ve probably ever met. He’s just got the best demeanor & just super sweet. His name is JEFFERSON. So wanna give a shot out to Jefferson. My order has been wrong both times, but it’s okay! Still gonna give 5 stars for the wonderful customer service.“
“This is the first time in a long time I've had really friendly service and good/fresh food at a Burger King.
My son wanted to get a SpongeBob meal. The super nice lady at the counter (wish I had got her name) told me they were out of the pie so would need to ring everything up separately.
Regardless, we got everything but the pie. No biggie. The food was so good and fresh. That yellow burger was surprisingly delicious as well as the pineapple freeze.
I really liked the cashier. Such a sweet lady! Best Burger King around.“
