She was working the drive thru by herself last week.
There was a wait but the food was hot and the customer service was outstanding.
As hard as customer service can be, she showed up with a smile and kindness.

“They were obviously short staffed but they still did an excellent job! There was a man complaining and acting rude and disrespectful! The manager treated him with the utmost respect and was very courteous! The man, in my opinion should have just shut his mouth and not been so rude!!“
