She was working the drive thru by herself last week.
There was a wait but the food was hot and the customer service was outstanding.
As hard as customer service can be, she showed up with a smile and kindness.

“Only rated 4 starts due to APP not letting customer know when the establishment is out of an item for immediate sale. I really hope I spell her name correct but Ms. Janice was THE BEST!!! BK may have been out of my item but she offered everything in her power to make it right. That is true customer service. I may not have been able to get everything I ordered but that won’t be a deterrent from future business because I know people like Ms. Janice will do everything in their power to make sure us, customers, leave happy!!!“
