One time I had ordered online and when I got to the store the guy that was working the drive thru changed the price and added a coupon on for me. It was so nice! Wish I got his name. “Was super helpful when we thought our pizza was raw when the oven just cooks it that way. Still got us a new pizza even though nothing was technically wrong with the first one. It took a while, but we did order on a holiday so I'm sure they were just busy.Thanks E (don't wanna blast whole names on Google) for the great service and thank you to both delivery drivers today! “I order the 6.99 carry out deal all the time! However, I have noticed that every time I get extra cheese on any of them, which is almost every single time I order any, they don’t have extra cheese on them. Even tonight, my kids cheese pizza with extra cheese on it came with not only no extra cheese but a big bald spot with no cheese on two pieces out of it. I also asked for extra cheese on my thin crust, pepperoni and bacon pizza and 3 pieces of it had nothing but bacon and sauce on it…I know I should be thankful for the deal they offer cuz it’s a great deal but if I ask for extra cheese or get charged for extra, I should get it! In tonight’s case, I had big bald spots on 2 of the 3 pizzas I ordered.“
“We've ordered here about 5 times in the past year. We don't order delivery much from anywhere. This is the second time they've forgot a sauce/icing. The first time they came back right away after I called. This time, we waited two and a half hours for them to bring the icing back for the cinnamon sticks. They said they're bringing a free order of cinnamon sticks with 2 icings because of the issue. However, it happens too often and is frustrating to call and ask for them to send us the items we paid for, especially after the $5 delivery fee, plus tip. We won't order here anymore.Update, they added a free pizza to our account as well. Changing the two star review to four star for making an effort to make it right. We still probably will be much less inclined to order delivery from any pizza place due to the bad success rate.“
“Ordered online and was ready for pickup 5 minutes early. Well prepared and tasted great. I did a carryout order and when I arrived they were very nice and even guys in the back thanked me for coming in and buying a pizza. The place was very clean and well organized inside. The health rating was perfect and I have no complaints 5+ stars guys keep it up I'll be back and I can personally recommend them“
