“I eat here almost every day and I order breadsticks and cinnamon sticks and pizza while I get charged extra today even though I ordered breadsticks they’re charging me for one marinara sauce and icing for the cinnamon sticks that they’re advertising that comes with icing and marinara I can understand being charged for extra sauces but one sauce should at least come with your breadsticks and one sauce should at least come with your cinnamon sticks. This is ridiculous.“
“Ms. Susan was absolutely phenomenal. She was so sweet and was so customer oriented and made sure to interact with each and every customer when she was the only person in the store. She has such a warm personality and it was amazing to have such a great reminder of what customer service is all about.“
“I have so rarely had a single bad experience with this location! The food is always fresh and just the way it was ordered! They are always so nice when we pick up because I don’t have the money to tip. I appreciate how fast and friendly the delivery drivers are and I promise we always order at the worst times so I could understand! I hope they know how much they mean to us!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼“
“DONT BE LIKE ME an order 20 min before closure, but let me tell you something!!! These employees deserve every good blessing that God wants to put out, cuz baby! Not only did I submit my order late, but the received, cooked it to perfection, and delivered within 10 minutes. 10/10 always recommending again!“
“Probably one of the best dominos I've been to in terms of quality and service. First off the two main people I want to shout is is the workers Coby and Nat, they make the experience delightful and they are the main reason I keep coming back. Second the food is always delicious and quick and even when I have to wait I always have a good time. All in all a very good restaurant and I can't wait to come back yet again.“
“Even though I had ordered a pizza online before picking up at the drive thru, the young man came to the window and said we can't find your name And I gave my name so researched one more time and came to tell me so plus they ended up giving me 2 large pizzas at one price. I told the mgr it wasn't necessary but did anyway apologizing for the confusion. We like Dominos and this one is close by so service is always good friendly people and being that it sits right on the edge of MTSU . Something about the taste of the pepperonis or who knows we enjoy pizza there I think you will too. Thx“
“My husband and I were Pizza Hut customers for years, had dominos and wondered what took us so long to change. We were going to the new Salem location and I would get the same pizzas with garlic oil on the crust. We had ordered that on 2 different occasions and the guy was always so nice and the pizza was delicious and fresh, 3rd time I ordered with a woman ( said she was the manager) she stated they could not put oil on the crust, I had explained that is how I had been ordering and getting it with no issues, she said they cannot do that due to cost.(I spend at least $35-$40 at least 6-8 times a month) I would have paid extra but wasn’t given that option, she wasn’t the friendliest at all, customer service is not the field she needs to be working in. (They have lost our business not so much that they couldn’t give the garlic oil but her tone and attitude.) I cancelled my order and called the warrior Dr (store# 6308) they have the BEST customer service, the food is very hot and fresh and they make sure there is garlic oil on my crust. I’ve been 3 times and the workers go above and beyond with the customer service. The gentleman that works the window even remembered me by name when I pulled up before I even told him my order I was picking up !!!! It’s so nice to find a place that treats their customers with a smile, the orders are correct and the food is fresh… great jobs store 6308, keep up the great work!!!! I will refer this store location to everyone.“
