“I don’t know the employees by name, but I normally go late night and there’s an Asian man probably in his late 30s, and a younger Asian girl probably in her early 20s if that. THEY ARE AMAZING. They’re always kind to me, they always greet me. I was born with bad luck when it comes to fast food, my order is NEVER CORRECT, but at this dominoes location when the Asians are working I know it will be PERFECT EVERY SINGLE TIME. I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars because they deserve it. If you’re ever in this area and you want dominoes, rest assured the employees there will take care of you. Even if something doesn’t work which is human nature they always go above and beyond to fix it. If i ever find myself owning a pizza restaurant, I’ll be there to recruit them lol.“
“Experience was great, app is a lil janky but honestly cant blame the store for it (shouldve known my order would take longer on a Friday at 6pm). Went in and staff greeted me politely, the lady at the front made sure to check up on my order and kept me updated with it. They even have a bilingual menu! Food is great, always been a fan of dominos and these people make it GREAT! Definitely recommend this place for some great pizza and service!“
“This is Domino’s—there’s no need to describe the food. What I will say is the service at this location has been exceptional. Not only is the food prepared well, but the service is friendly and fast. That all sounds like it should be a given, but in this corridor of Dickerson Pike, it’s nothing short of a miracle. Kudos to the managers and crew at this location.“
“This Domino's is the hardest working fastest friendliest dominoes I have ever been to in my life. They are so quick every time we place an order. It is ready before we even make it to the store. We are also always greeted by friendly employee, I simply have never seen such great service in a Domino's restaurant. Every person in there deserves a raise working long hours and still keeping a good attitude. The food is also incredible every time we order our order is correct and tastes fabulous. Five stars!“
“We ordered here last night, at 12:05 to be exact, didn't recieve our food until almost 2 in the morning, delivery was quoted at 24 to 37 minutes. I have never experienced anything like that. We we're exhausted and starving. I was going to leave a not so great review. Until we recieved a knock on our hotel door this morning. And there was our delivery guy with not just an apology card but a gift card as well, and his sincerest apologies. I have never in my 41 years of life have had someone do something so kind. It really was the best start to my day. I wish there were more Rick's in the world. He should be running this store.That guy deserves all of the best things and absolutely something from the company for being so selfless and amazing. He is a gem and Dominos is blessed to have someone like him! 5 stars for Rick!!! He's the best!!!“
“Great pizza! I ordered pizza from here for delivery I want to give a shoutout to Thomas for going above and beyond and navigating my apartment and making sure the pizza was handed to me! One of the best dominos experiences I’ve had!“
“Alani (delivery driver sorry if i spelled it wrong) was soooo nice. We were given the wrong size pizzas twice for our staff lunch and she went back to get the correct one and was so kind and quick to act to correct the mistake. Lovely woman. :)“
“Went to Dominos for the first time in a long time. The store was extremely clean. Michael was kind and professional. The crust was perfect. Toppings were fresh. With lots of options for pizza in the area and I will be sticking to Dominos! 10/10!!“
“Excellent service team, the manager there was training the team up beautifully creating a fun, positive work environment for the youth team while challenging them to prepare the menu items with their best efforts. The pizza I ordered was prepared beautifully with white sauce and nice, fresh toppings.
Just last night I visited the Belcourt location and was underwhelmed to say the least. I ordered extra sauce, the pizza was dry.
Keep representing for the Fourth Ave. location, guys. Thanks for taking pride in what you do. It has not gone unnoticed.“
“Im not reviewing the food which would be a 1 star. Im reviewing for the customer service that Rebecca gave me today. She was amazing. I have been waiting on my refund for a few days. I shared my experience with her from the other manager I dealt with a few days ago. Rebecca actually cared and took care of things. The other manager was very unprofessional and had an “I don’t care” attitude but Rebecca made it right.“
“Ashley, The store manager is absolutely wonderful. She takes good care of her customers and does her job well. Karen our delivery driver was so kind, caring and professional. We got our order so fast! This is our favorite Domino's location and we will only order from this store. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful as well. “I don’t know who was cooking pizza Tuesday night, September 8th but we asked for two well done pizzas and they were freaking perfect. Delightfully crunchy, hot and tasty. I told the gf that it was the best takeout pizza I’ve had anywhere lately which is awesome and surprising, no offense to dominos lol. I’ll definitely be back.“
