Pizza COLD, MISSING PIZZA, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE MANGER INCLUDED!!! 12142017, 01112018, and 04242017, not ever again. Slim & Husky for now own.
I called tonight and the delivery time is 2 hours so then I say I will just come pick it up and was going to order 1 medium pizza 2 orders of pasta and an order of wings only to be told they were out of pasta !!! Cmon now this is getting pathetic and they seem like they do not like to deliver ... if they stop charging a delivery fee the people who actually drive the pizzas to us would get a tip smh
I have had to pick up my order 5 times because they haven’t had a driver. Because of the store policies I am unable to order from another store for delivery. The app will not work for me to place my order. I have been on hold for over 10mins for the second time trying to place an order on the phone. The people that work there are nice. But the service on delivery/phone is abysmal. Looks like I’m doing papa johns tonight, as long as they aren’t closed now that I have wasted...read full review
