Terrible customer service. Even though the food is good, due to the way they treat their customers we will not be going back. Don’t bother becoming a VIP they pick and choose what you can use your 10.00 credit on. Literally said “ you can’t order that, we won’t make any money” well you would have because of the amount we would have ordered and the return visits every week, but now.. nope.
Was treated here for my 60th birthday last. Everything was A-1, from the food, drinks, and staff. I a retired chef from Louisiana but living in Tennessee nowadays. I know good Mexican food because I half Spanish.
El Toro is our favorite Mexican restaurant. The food and service are great. Large portions and great value. Friendly staff. And the salsa bar is a tasty treat. We love this restaurant!
