Known for their authentic southern cured hams, these guys make a lot of smoked products, biscuits and more. Small town business that's been around since the late 1960s. Saw them at the Murfreesboro farmer's market and bought some of the bacon made with just pepper and salt. No nitrites, nitrates or msg.Cooked it that night. It was gooooood. Love this place! Last time I went, my country ham and biscuits were much saltier than usual, so I wasn’t too thrilled about that. However, I tried the sausage biscuits for the first time and they were a 5/5 stars!! I also got some apple butter for myself and for Christmas gifts, and it was very good.
