Koji Express Japanese Grill - West

Loved eating Koji in college but now they can’t ever get our order right. And for nearly 40$ for 2, we won’t be coming back. This location has gotten our order wrong the last 5-6 times we’ve gone. What a shame.

Bought two meals through the drive thru,when we got home to eat found not just one hair but about 15!!! Not an exaggeration. My family will not be going back and neither should you! Side note they looked to be short pubic hairs!

Kelsey or whatever the "store managers" name is, is fairly useless, she sounded like a robot when answering my questions, just repeating the same thing over and over. Offering no help even though she is the voice of the restaurant. My request was simple and she was the only person who could have helped but chose not to, great example of customer service in 2025.

First time visit. Very hospitable, generous portions, faster drive through experience than many places! Ordered the shrimp and steak, will be back! Keep up the great work.

Server spilled some of my food on the table. I asked for some food to replace the food on the table. He just said sorry, left the food exposed on the table and never came back.

I just found this restaurant recently and was impressed with the quality of the food for being able to order through a drive through. Food was fresh and hot and service was fast and nice.

Cooks are burning the food. Not sure if its the skill (of the cook) or grill. Either way my last few meals here have been ??

Soda Machine has been running flat also.

Food is consistently good. Service is usually top notch except today. Young man at the window wouldn't grasp the bills I handed him. Left his palm open even though the wind almost blew the money away. He never spoke. Kinda rude if you ask me.
