McDonald's in Murfreesboro

“Well as we all know by now in life that fast food isn't the easiest job being you deal so close with the public but the stores always clean bathrooms too. But if you should find yourself at one just be nice and have a little passion with the staff it always goes along way and be sure to tell the thank you“

“Consistently friendly staff and lightening fast drive through, even with a double line. No issues with the food although if you have Alpha-gal I read an article that they use a bovine derived ingredient on their fries so just when you thought that simple potatoes were a safe food they may not be.
This location is also on a weird internal corner behind the Walgreens and can be challenging to get in and out of easily especially at rush hours.“

“I ordered through the app & had to repeat my order number 5 times. After the first 3 times she came on the speaker & asked again if I was using the app. When I explained that yes I was & asked if she needed the order number yet again she laughed & said her headset was turned down. Extremely unprofessional.“

“The staff are very friendly and attentive here. This is one of the cleanest well kept McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. And the atmosphere is calm and nice for a McDonald’s especially. I choose to come to this location over a lot of the others!“

“This McDonald's is a good one ..its bigger than most of the McDonalds and its clean and the food is hot and one of the most important things i always look for is "The Bathrooms" and i was pleasantly surprised that ive been to and they woth how vclean yheywere and i went jn there on the night it was icing and snowing are quick.. and even when they have been busy and they'd get busy bc they are right next to what i call the Hotel/Motel Zone of Murfreesboro and the Super Walmart on Old Fort Parkway this McDonald's im giving s 5starrating good job everyone“

“I like stacking the coupons in the McDonald's app. I use the buy one get one free breakfast sandwich at breakfast, then 15 minutes later they let you use another coupon. I usually stack the "secret" buy one get one for a dollar McChicken add pickles or McDouble coupon (just add 2 of them to your bag) with the free large fries with $2 purchase coupon. They give double rewards points towards free food during breakfast. You have to really like McDonald's though and strategically arrive at the restaurant a little before 10:30 AM to do this. That's when they switch from breakfast to lunch. If you use your rewards points, you can't use a coupon. If you use a coupon, you can't use your rewards points. It's not a big issue though when they let you use one or the other every 15 minutes, unlimited.“

“I stopped inside to get coffee and warm up on a February afternoon. I’m in a wheelchair from the Army, so I needed help getting the coffee to my table. No problem from the staff even though they were slammed in the drive through.It’s so nice to see a fully staffed fast food place which clean and properly maintained.“

“This McDonald’s has the best staff. Everyone genuinely seems to enjoy working here. I’m come occasionally around lunch and they are very prompt with service, taking customer requests with kindness, and the food has always been correct and fresh. I really appreciate everything they do to go above and beyond.“

“Streamlined service while using the McDs app! The servers at the window were all smiles and pleasant. I couldn't have asked for anything better! Great job team!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap/ disabled parking spaces as well as wheelchair accessible entrances!“

“11/2/2024 - And they always keep their Coke Zero fresh, especially today when I got some breakfast. I also used to work with Ricky, you can't go wrong with him on staff.

2/21/2022 - They definitely got some new staff because since moving to Regal Inn, I haven't had much problem with this location. Staff and service has been very good lately.

Old review from 1/29/2021 - Manager was rude and condescending when I asked a question about whether or not the coupon reader was working on the counter because the front desk had a note that said “Cash Only”. I considered getting something else after eating my sandwich and small fries while waiting for a bus because I had to wait longer due to the Rover Bus having technical issues. Needless to say I left after her attitude trying to make me seem like the rude one.“

“Just got a frappe for my mother and a sausage biscuit. Also a soft drink for me. I like using the app to order. It's easy and because the soft drink is automated it gets my drink right every time. And McDonald's is fast. I like their deals in the app too.“
