“I visit this McDonald’s once or twice a month, because it’s located near my doctor’s office, and today was my best experience of all. Valarie took my order and she absolutely made my day! She was funny, friendly, and made sure our order was accurate. Valarie is an asset to the McDonald’s cooperation and I hope this franchise treats her well so they don’t lose her. She’s a gem ☺️“
“Went thru the drive thru and got a diet dr pepper. I asked the lady if she could put cold foam on top. No problem. When I got to the window, they told me they couldn’t do this again. The lady that did it apparently got in trouble for doing so. You can only do it on the regular Dr Peppers. What kind of world are we in that McDonald’s who’s trying to compete with Starbucks btw, would not be inclined to give customers what they want and then potentially punish an employee for helping that customer out and doing a sale. I could understand if it was a very difficult task, but you are literally filling the soda and putting the cold foam on top from a can. Be better!“
“This review is for the morning weekday crew. These guys are rockstars. They are by far the quickest and most consistent I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s. One of the employees went out of his way today to open the door for me when he seen my hands were full. Awesome group of guys and gals.“
