“Their food is usually pretty good. It's one of the better McDonald's, except for all the homeless people that hang around.Sometimes the people they have working there. Don't speak very good English. So it's hard to communicate at times depending on who's working. Their services okay, but yeah, atmosphere like I said just a lot of people suggest be careful“
“The employees were mainly disengaged. I ordered ice cream and took a number like the machine said. It told me they would bring it to me. I had to go back to the counter and find that it was sitting there melting. Afterward there was a nice employee and we had a nice exchange with him. There was also no garbage can in the men's room, which was peculiar, but I put my paper towel in the dining area garbage can.“
“I have the Mobile app and I use it often. My order is always right and usually within 10 mins of placing my order. McDonald's on S Rutherford y'all rock!!! So I'll end this by saying I recommend this place because I'm sure Ba,da,ba,ba,ba Lovin' it❤️“
“I have been to this location many times since it has opened. It is so convenient since we don't have a lot of things on this side of Murfreesboro for fast food.Everything that has opened up in this area has experienced a huge influx of customers, so you have to be patient while they figure out how to staff for the busy times.I have been here at least 15-20 times, and only once was my order messed up. The line had started to build when I came back through the drive-thru, and they worked quickly to correct my order and gave it to me through the pay window so I wouldn't have to wait longer.Everyone has always been friendly any time I have gone.Definitely my new favorite McDonald's in Murfreesboro. And everything has always been fresh and hot when I've gotten it from here, where other McDonald's you can tell the fries have been sitting for a LONG time.“
“This was the cleanest McDonald's we have been to. The customer service was also great. Larry took our order and carried it to the table for me because my hands were full and Jennifer was cleaning the lobby and asked if we needed anything and introduced herself and told us she was available if we needed anything. Our food was hot, fresh, and the order was right. Exceptional teamwork was happening behind the counter. We will be back.“
“Okay, so the MC Donald's on more left and memorial is always quick and friendly.. Today there was the cutest little lady giving me my food. And she thought she messed up, she just kept saying "I'm sorry" . Well, she and the older lady that gives me my coffee during the early morning week days are the reason I give five stars. They are always sweet, apologetic and they make me smile even when they're backed up like today. Americans need to honor our Sr.s in and out of the work force. We should learn from them and show them love.. I look forward to seeing them every time!!“
“I stopped inside to get coffee and warm up on a February afternoon. I’m in a wheelchair from the Army, so I needed help getting the coffee to my table. No problem from the staff even though they were slammed in the drive through.It’s so nice to see a fully staffed fast food place which clean and properly maintained.“

“Just got a frappe for my mother and a sausage biscuit. Also a soft drink for me. I like using the app to order. It's easy and because the soft drink is automated it gets my drink right every time. And McDonald's is fast. I like their deals in the app too.“

“We were in the area and got lunch. The food was great and the service also. The reason I wanted to give a review was because of the music playing. I was just pleasantly surprised when we heard family life radio, such a sweet relaxing lunch. We could actually enjoy our food and our visit. If we are in that area again we will make a visit there.
