“Stopped by McDonald’s during morning and had a great experience. Didn’t have to wait long for my order, and the staff were energetic and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was quick, reasonably priced, and perfect for a grab-and-go bite before work.“
“We didn’t go inside so I can’t save for the atmosphere, but I will say the drive-through was fast and the lady that was taking the order as well as the lady who gave us the food. We’re both very pleasant and sweet! It’s very refreshing to see people like this at McDonald’s. I only gave it four stars because of the English muffin being pretty hard other than that it was a great experience!“

“I was just writing to say how much I appreciated the service I received at the restaurant on Tuesday 24, 2026 at 9am in the morning. I came in and wasn’t sure how the app worked for the breakfast special. Well, I just got in when Tory came over to assist me. He provided 10 star service and I really appreciated the way he took time to help me. Now that is real service! This young man’s attitude is exceptional! That got my day off to a GREAT start!“
“I stopped inside to get coffee and warm up on a February afternoon. I’m in a wheelchair from the Army, so I needed help getting the coffee to my table. No problem from the staff even though they were slammed in the drive through.It’s so nice to see a fully staffed fast food place which clean and properly maintained.“
“Wow! What a happy service I experienced today! These ladies were KILLING it today! I ordered 28 happy meals with drinks plus some other meals and they made every single one with a smile and good attitude! Everything was EXACTLY right. They even gave us a plethora of napkins and ketchup! Which is usually forgotten especially in such a big order. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! So happy I chose this McDonalds! “The staff here is always super quick, friendly, and efficient. I’ve had a few instances of orders getting messed up, which is going to happen inevitably. Not everything can be perfect always. What really matters is they’re always happy to remake drinks or food and fix mistakes. They’re also great at keeping the drive thru moving. This location rarely has a line building up. They keep the line going consistently, which is super impressive and you can tell they know what they’re doing. These employees deserve a raise.“

“I am so happy to give a McDonald's a positive review! Things must've really changed since most of the negative reviews were made. Went around 3:15 on the morning of Tuesday May 6th. We ordered on the app. Someone answered super fast. She sounded upbeat and fun. Asked us to pull up the second window and she had us covered. When we pulled up the young man at the window actually asked if there was anything else we needed
Food came out very quickly. Our burgers were good, made the way we wanted without mistakes. Hot and spiced nicely.
If I have one criticism, it would be that the fries weren't that hot.
This is the best McDonald's we've been to for quite some time. We work until the early morning hours. We'll be sure to go to this store when we get McDonald's again. Please teach Church St McDonald's some manners and others in the Boro how to actually make the food the way a customer requests. 💜🍔🍟“
“I like stacking the coupons in the McDonald's app. I use the buy one get one free breakfast sandwich at breakfast, then 15 minutes later they let you use another coupon. I usually stack the "secret" buy one get one for a dollar McChicken add pickles or McDouble coupon (just add 2 of them to your bag) with the free large fries with $2 purchase coupon. They give double rewards points towards free food during breakfast. You have to really like McDonald's though and strategically arrive at the restaurant a little before 10:30 AM to do this. That's when they switch from breakfast to lunch. If you use your rewards points, you can't use a coupon. If you use a coupon, you can't use your rewards points. It's not a big issue though when they let you use one or the other every 15 minutes, unlimited.“
