I was dissatisfied with the quality of my sandwhich and when I walked back in to have it rectified, Octavia quickly went to action and went above and beyond. Not only did she ensure the quality of my food was up to McDonalds standard but she also provided me with upgraded fresh fries, an apple pie for my troubles, and kindness that was genuine. Thank you Octavia for making my experience worthwhile.“
“I made a order on the kiosk. Even though I was unable to put in my order to seperate two items the staff were happy to assist me and make my food the way I like.
