I was dissatisfied with the quality of my sandwhich and when I walked back in to have it rectified, Octavia quickly went to action and went above and beyond. Not only did she ensure the quality of my food was up to McDonalds standard but she also provided me with upgraded fresh fries, an apple pie for my troubles, and kindness that was genuine. “I made a order on the kiosk. Even though I was unable to put in my order to seperate two items the staff were happy to assist me and make my food the way I like. Grabbed 4 burgers & a basket of fries for the family. Best McDonalds I've had in a while. The burgers were great & the fries were the best (hot, crispy, perfectly salted) I've had in a while. So good on everyone who's on that shift right now.“
