McDonald's in Franklin

“This McDonald's on Franklin's N Main St is fantastic! The food is hot, fresh, and delicious each and every time. I have personally witnessed rude, aggressive customers give false complaints that I could prove as such, and yet, the employees remained calm, did not return the rudeness and aggression, and resolved the issues. The crew and management are very friendly to each other and to customers, and they communicate very effectively in the kitchen, even adding a little humor to ease the daily grind. Indeed, they seem to push through long, busy drive-thru lines with grace. I strongly recommend promotions, raises, and other forms of appreciation and congratulations to the crew and their management.“

“They were BUSY. I feel as though they werent prepared for the spring break rush that came. Staff seemed friendly even though you could tell they were really hustling. Food was good, the fries weren't super fresh but I would expect some imperfections with everything going on.“
