“Ok, it's McDonald's. The place was clean and the service was prompt. Felt bad for the poor girl behind the counter, some troll was trying to scam some free food. No receipt and could not even say what time the order took place. So be nice to the servers. The food was typical.“
“After having a terrible experience with another location, we stopped here, was helped immediately, and the manager doing the drive thru was extremely kind and remorseful for a location that wasn't even hers. She even apologized on their behalf and upgraded our meal free of charge!!!“

“10/10 on the the the owner of this location and staff for the accountability piece after not being able to get my food at the McDonalds on 31w bypass because they wouldn’t take my $50 bill because the owner don’t take bills over $20 because they was getting so many counterfeit bills that’s what a counterfeit marker is for because any bill can be made counterfeit“
“I come to this McDonald's and this McDonald's only here in BG. After a long night at work or in between jobs, I stop in for a quick bite to eat. 9x out of 10 my food is always hot and fresh. I had one bad experience and Erica took care of me. I really appreciate the kindness. You don't find that often anymore. People are so quick to be angry when you complain, but not Erica! If you are going to any McDonald's in BG, this is the best one.“
