McDonald's in Clarksville

“This is one of the better ones that I enjoy having a snack from. The fries are usually hot, the sandwich isn't just thrown together and I tend to have a good interaction with the employees while ordering. Sometimes offering suggestions for iced coffee addicts.

Plus, this one tends to stay open later than most of them in town.“

“This location is hit or miss. Sometimes there on point sometimes you wonder where the manager is. Overall i don't really have an issues with them besides the every now and again 15-25min wait when I'm trying to take something to go for a quick bit cam be auper frustrating. The meal prices are no longer value and i tend to take my business elsewhere unless I'm just too hingry and can't wait“

“I've never reviewed a mcdonald's before, because frankly, none of them have ever been worth reviewing. With this location is consistently the best customer service. I have never had an inaccurate order, the employees actually make eye contact when you walk in the door and they thank you for visiting. I'll usually place my order before I leave work so that it's ready when I get there and it seems like it's always on queue the second I walk in the door. Im in and out in like 2 minutes.“

“Service has gotten a lot better. You don't have to wait 10 minutes at the speaker when you pull up in the Drive-Thru before they greet you. On top of it, way to go McDonald's with the $5 meal deal. Honestly, I think $5 mail should be mandatory at every fast food and restaurant facility. Just for the fact that there's people out there that can't afford $10 $15 for a meal. Matter of fact it seems to be cheaper to go out to eat than it is to eat at home nowadays“

“The place is usually dirty. The service in the afternoon definitely isn't as good as in the morning. And I feel like the only reason the service is good in the morning is because there is a white boy with long hair with a silver septum piercing and drive through that keeps the whole damn store running with a smile. Drive thru at least. Whoever he is, bravo kid. Silver septum piercing, with long hair. You can't miss'm. “I go here every morning, Monday through Friday,and sometimes Saturdays for a large mocha frappe. The absolute best team on the morning crew! 4 ladies, in particular. Alexus is the one I know by name. Any hoo. I used my free points this morning (May 2) and waited for 20 minutes to find out the machine wasn't going to work. No one's fault at all. I lost my points and wondering if I can get that frappe Monday morning. I figured this was the best way to ask and leave this review. 😃“

“Got an order worth $60 most nuggets. Ordered extra sauces for my picky kids. It was the dinner rush so I asked the lady at the window if she prior the sauces in the bag and she said yes. I drove home and surprise no sauces. I called the store. Spoke to the manager Mia and she was very helpful. Mistakes happen, how you handle them makes all the difference. 4 stars for messing up but 5 stars for customer service.“

“It's McDonald's food, so nothing spectacular, but the service we received today (Saturday 4 April around 1120) was top tier. The first window cashier (Destiny) was super kind and easy to deal with. The main window (wish I would of caught her name, older black lady) was amazing as well. Super kind and easy to speak to ! Probably the best customer experience I've ever had at a McDonald's.“
