McDonald's in Clarksville

“Had to edit my review from three years ago. So, it's 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Flat soda and no ice in the dining area, ordered a double filet and got a single (mistakes happen...but it shouldn't take 10 minutes to correct this mistake), and my Big Mac was cold and had the consistency of a rubber dog chew toy. So, I did my best to make the most out of a bad situation and sat down to attempt to enjoy my meal while listening to other customers at the counter complain about the poor service and long wait times.“

“This location is hit or miss. Sometimes there on point sometimes you wonder where the manager is. Overall i don't really have an issues with them besides the every now and again 15-25min wait when I'm trying to take something to go for a quick bit cam be auper frustrating. The meal prices are no longer value and i tend to take my business elsewhere unless I'm just too hingry and can't wait“

“I've never reviewed a mcdonald's before, because frankly, none of them have ever been worth reviewing. With this location is consistently the best customer service. I have never had an inaccurate order, the employees actually make eye contact when you walk in the door and they thank you for visiting. I'll usually place my order before I leave work so that it's ready when I get there and it seems like it's always on queue the second I walk in the door. Im in and out in like 2 minutes.“

“Service has gotten a lot better. You don't have to wait 10 minutes at the speaker when you pull up in the Drive-Thru before they greet you. On top of it, way to go McDonald's with the $5 meal deal. Honestly, I think $5 mail should be mandatory at every fast food and restaurant facility. Just for the fact that there's people out there that can't afford $10 $15 for a meal. Matter of fact it seems to be cheaper to go out to eat than it is to eat at home nowadays“

“The place is usually dirty. The service in the afternoon definitely isn't as good as in the morning. And I feel like the only reason the service is good in the morning is because there is a white boy with long hair with a silver septum piercing and drive through that keeps the whole damn store running with a smile. Drive thru at least. Whoever he is, bravo kid. Silver septum piercing, with long hair. You can't miss'm. I wish I knew his name, but McDonald's on ft Campbell blvd, you know who he is, give him his props“

“I go here every morning, Monday through Friday,and sometimes Saturdays for a large mocha frappe. The absolute best team on the morning crew! 4 ladies, in particular. Alexus is the one I know by name. Any hoo. I used my free points this morning (May 2) and waited for 20 minutes to find out the machine wasn't going to work. No one's fault at all. I lost my points and wondering if I can get that frappe Monday morning. I figured this was the best way to ask and leave this review. 😃“

“We drove through here just before midnight over the weekend and it seemed like there were only a couple of people working. The guy who took our order, also ran over to hand out drinks and food. The food was surprisingly hot and fresh for being so late. He was very friendly, and I wish I'd gotten his name to pass on!“

“Got an order worth $60 most nuggets. Ordered extra sauces for my picky kids. It was the dinner rush so I asked the lady at the window if she prior the sauces in the bag and she said yes. I drove home and surprise no sauces. I called the store. Spoke to the manager Mia and she was very helpful. Mistakes happen, how you handle them makes all the difference. 4 stars for messing up but 5 stars for customer service.“
