“I recently moved back to Franklin, Ky and the food here wasn't a good as it used to be. When I lived here 15 years ago, this Hardee's was one of the best restaurantsin town. I went through the drive through a week ago around 8am. I was unfortunately disappointed in the quality of food I had this morning. However, the service was great. The young woman did a wonderful job taking my order and handling my transaction via the drive through. She was cheerful, courteous and efficient. I ordered sausage biscuits with egg and cheese. The biscuits were very over cooked, dry and crumbling. The eggs were very thin, tasteless and soggy. The sausages were very overdone and thin. The food seemed to be left over and reheated but I could be wrong. Hardee's has always been a favorite of mine for breakfast but this was a disappointing experience. I will try to go there again. Maybe the cook was having a bad day.“

“The first time I went in there a guy manager was after midnight he was in A double S. Very rude caused me to turn around and walk out.
But with my job at that time, I wanted them to be able to redeem themselves and when the lady manager is there after midnight she's absolutely amazing along with the staff that night that I went in that I walked out I didn't get to enjoy the staff because that manager calls me to walk out with his rude mouth very rude The most rudest manager I've ever been waited on bye and I walked out. So thank you to the female manager and her staff her staff was there that night too but I never got to engage with him because that guy wasn't A double S. So kudos to the female manager so strawberry blonde hair young girl I do believe with glasses thank you so much“

“This McDonald's on Franklin's N Main St is fantastic! The food is hot, fresh, and delicious each and every time. I have personally witnessed rude, aggressive customers give false complaints that I could prove as such, and yet, the employees remained calm, did not return the rudeness and aggression, and resolved the issues. The crew and management are very friendly to each other and to customers, and they communicate very effectively in the kitchen, even adding a little humor to ease the daily grind. Indeed, they seem to push through long, busy drive-thru lines with grace. I strongly recommend promotions, raises, and other forms of appreciation and congratulations to the crew and their management.“
