“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“This was our first visit to any Whataburger anywhere and we were delighted by the service and ambiance. Wyatt was especially friendly and helpful answering our beginner questions, though I suspect he didn't fully understand that there is an upcharge for changing the drinks on the full meal deals. We found out on the bill. We tried two of the special lemonades with fruit bits and found them to be undrinkably sweet. He apologized for our disappointment and kindly allowed us to dilute them with copious amounts of water in a larger cup to make them drinkable. The burgers and fries were fine, but not memorable. The spicy ketchup, which he offered us from a condiment tray which he presented at our table, was a unique twist. In future, I think I would experiment with the self-service ordering screen to figure out what we wanted and fully understand our options and prices before ordering. To our surprise, our feedback to the online survey received an unexpected and prompt response! We'll have to try them a second time at some point and make a more informed order. The store was clean, and the music playing was so delightful that we got up and danced!“
