We were pleasantly surprised. For Chinese food from a gas station restaurant late on a Tuesday night, our expectations were not high. But, wow! My son (who thinks he’s Gordon Ramsey) said the fried rice was excellent. The crab Rangoon’s were fresh and perfectly cooked. The orange chicken was fantastic with fresh peppers and squash.
