“I was hesitant to come because of the reviews, but I had a good experience. My sandwich was good, chocolate croissant filled with an appropriate amount (usually places under-fill them and it just tastes like bread). No they did not forget anything. The girl serving me was very friendly and service was fast. If you come at rush hour when there’s 15 customers, only 2 employees and everyone is trying to order all at once, then of course there’s gonna be a wait. I came at 10 AM, 1 person in front of me, and I got out in less than 5 minutes. It’s just like any other place.“
“We were in a pinch after I got off of work and HAD to run and grab my medicine. When I’m sick Panera is always my go to. We arrived at 8:57 and the store was closing at 9 I was so worried the staff would be ill after a long day or already have everything put up. But not this team ! The cashier Nikki was super sweet and assured us it was no issue. Everyone that walked pasted us said they hoped we have a great night and smiled. They were quick with our order and we were on our way. Thank you all!“
