“Prep kitchen may need some management. RPU order seems to have been made, but somebody dropped the ball. Instead of making it's way to the counter it RPU shelves, it was abandoned at the expo prep line and ignored until I came up and asked about it 20 minutes later. The cafe was NOT busy either.
UPDATE: Seems keeping items off the counter is perhaps SOP. I have to go up and ask for someone to hand me the items.
I wish this location had more outlets at more of their tables.
Update: Issues have been improved and resolved I believe. No longer having issues on RPU orders being taken care of effectively.
Now if I could just get some power plugs available at more tables and booths, that would be awesome!“

“We always have a positive experience when dining in or with take out. The staff is always friendly and helpful , the restaurant is clean and well stocked , and the food is always exactly what we ordered. The quality of food is better than other “fast food” restaurants, the portion sizes are perfect and we always enjoy everything we order! Management is also very nice and patient with us when we are ordering and greet us with a smile!“

“On a rainy day in 2026 I took a group of 18 middle school students to the White Bridge Rd. Panera in Nashville after a field trip visit to News Channel 4. I knew an establishment might be annoyed at having such a large group of kids near lunch time, but what we were met with was the exact OPPOSITE. We were welcomed and our students who didn't have quite enough money were given a drink. Ms. Angie especially was so generous and complimentary and made sure everyone was able to have a small treat. Even our cashier Ms. Montavia was awesome and so nice, and the manager Ken Butler made sure our kids had their orders and felt welcome. Our middle schoolers were so surprised and grateful and we just felt like we met an angel on earth. In a world where we often are met with the worst, my students and co-teacher and I were made to feel like we not only belonged, but were honored to be there. It was honestly the best part of our trip and so unexpectedly beautiful. We are sending a thank you note and photo we took with Ms. Angie to the restaurant also, but I wanted to come here and just share how blown away we were by the service and kindness by which we were met. :)“
“Favorite spot to hide from the world and be FAT & 😁... That cherry ring thing is my favorite. The regular cherry pastry is a second best. Their coffee is off the hook good. The herbal teas are refreshing and delicious 😋🤤!
