“Really delicious food, I got some soup (something with rice and chicken I forget not ?) it was very delicious but it was spicy and I somehow missed that it was spicy. Which is fine I like some spicy food. I did end up adding sour cream to mine and it cooled it down some. My husband got the spicy chicken sandwich (the new one) he said it was delicious. He has never been a fan of soup and sandwiches especially the style of sandwiches that Panera bread has. So, having this option he is now willing to go to Panera ??!!! Which is exciting. They had my order ready quickly and all my cups in a drink carrier to make it easy for me to get them and carry them out. They also remembered silverware and other things like crackers and things which I really appreciate in a restaurant.“

“Great staff! I just came in at 7:35pm after going to krispy cream and Starbucks down the street from this location, and Dutch brothers. All of them didn't have enough coffee for 6 people. Six large coffee yes Starbucks KK AND DB all had no coffee left. Panera actually didn't have much left and when I explained to the lovely young woman "Sam" helping that I'm getting it for our construction men (working nights at the mall across the rd, in the cold) she said "well I can make you a box fresh". THANK YOU! I mean she's just doing her job, and doing it well, it's hard to find people that actually care anymore. This one experience alone has made me decide to start ordering from the Madison Panera more. Thank you again Sam, for helping our guys know how important they are. “So sweet! I am a super picky eater and basically just do very simple meals with everything on the side and build my own. I know it can be super annoying lol! My boyfriend went to pick up this grain bowl for me since I’m sick with the flu and the staff here was so so sweet and accommodating. It made my day! Plus the bowl itself was delicious.“
“I ordered a rapid pick up but sent it to the wrong Panera. So I was waiting and never got my order here. When I asked about it and pulled up my order and figured out they hadn’t made my order totally due to my own mistake, the manager was super nice about it, canceled it for the other location for me, and had them make me my order here right away. “I have had many great experiences at this Panera. Great service & great food. Some of the menu options are limited, but when visiting a family member at the hospital (or if you work at Vanderbilt), it is so easy to place an online order & then walk over to simply pick it up at the front counter. There is a very nice courtyard right outside to eat at so that you can take a break from the hospital setting, although the restaurant plays great music & is enjoyable to eat at as well. I’m so happy Panera was available here as I’ve had it for breakfast, lunch, & dinner multiple times. Order was correct every time too, which was much appreciated.“
“This is a busy location besides the Panera at the airport, so I typically order from my app ahead of time to give them a chance to get my order ready. The security guard is helpful in keeping non-customers out of the parking lot, so that long time customers like me don't have to fight for a parking spot.My order has been messed up a few times, but they have always been friendly in getting it right.“
