Went to this location. Upon arrival, the register area when ordering is not clean. The staff doesn't seem interested in being there or taking the order. The tables for seating don't look very clean. Paid almost $7 for a bowl of oatmeal that was ok. This location could use some cleaning and service upgrades.
Eli and Allen do a great job managing the place. Very clean and very respectful team. I enjoy coming in frequently and talking with the staff. Being downtown presents challenges but they do a phenomenal job.

This is probably the worst kept Panera I've been to and I have stopped by many. I came in for coffee and a bagel at 7am when they opened. I was the first one in the door. The carpet was covered in food remnants. Tables with crumbs and trash showed no one bothered cleaning the prior night at close or before opening.
