Panera Bread Reviews
Wife and I eat lunch here regularly. Good food, fast. Little tight, or very cozy. Staff is friendly and energetic. Women sized portions, but that's the chain.
On a rainy day in 2026 I took a group of 18 middle school students to the White Bridge Rd. Panera in Nashville after a field trip visit to News Channel 4. I knew an establishment might be annoyed at having such a large group of kids near lunch time, but what we were met with was the exact OPPOSITE. I'm not sure what happened to Panera. It's not just this location, but the whole chain. The food is mediocre at best, and there's no human service (you order at a kiosk using a touch screen). The facility is clean. I guess this is private equity trying to squeeze as much money as they can?

Panera Bread offers great-tasting food in a clean dining area, but some issues with cleanliness were noted in the women's bathroom. The staff is described as professional and understanding, with a mention of the chef. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the overall cleanliness of the store, highlighting broken doors, dirty tables, and a messy drink station. Despite these issues, the food quality and service at Panera Bread seem to have left a positive impression on customers. The drive-through is reported to be extremely slow, but the staff is friendly and apologetic. The food is not always consistent, with some customers finding the soup to be too runny and the sandwich bread to be stale. Despite these concerns, some customers remain loyal due to the convenience and the Sip Club program.
