This is the worst place will never spend money here again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They are slow, careless, and dishonest. I paid for my order and waited over an HOUR in the drive-thru, even though there were more workers than customers in the building. I had the time to count a total of 15 staff. They gave me multiple wrong orders, and when I finally got the one that was supposed to be correct, it was still wrong when I arrived home. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never order from them again.

I really wanted to give 2.5 stars, but that was not an option. While the dining area is usually clean and the food tastes great, the women’s bathroom is absolutely filthy. Makes me wonder if the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom applies to their kitchen practices as well.

Definitely professional and beautiful women including Ms. Alex too. Ms Alex is beautiful herself and she is professional and understood in the end too. The staff is understanding too and they talked to my lawyers as well so I couldn't say nothing. I would've made it big but it is what it is I guess they go watch the news and see me fight in these streets. Have a good day ladies and gentlemen.

This Panera needs help!!!! I’m a club member and visit Panera locations all over the country. I stopped in here to grab lunch but decided to only do a tea due to the cleanliness of the store. I understand busy times but this location has multiple issues. The main doors were broken and everyone had to enter and exit through a side door. Once inside most of the tables were dirty and things were piled everywhere. The drink station was a mess and the ice machine was inoperable. No signs about this but there was an open pitcher with ice from the back.

Cashier was playing a game on her phone literally while I was ordering. Didn't ask if I wanted a drink, didn't ask what side I wanted. After about 10 minutes of waiting for food I went looking and its just sitting there on the counter, no one called for it.. and it was incorrect. While I was attempting to rectify the order I saw a man who worked there came from the back area with, I kid you not, a giant bowl of coco puffs in his hand. This location does not gaf!

The girl who took my lunch order thru drive thru, sounded angry today. That should have been my clue to go somewhere else. I ordered a sandwich that was handed thru the window in crumpled paper, like the sandwich had been previously opened and put back in hastily ...or maybe angrily. I didn't feel good about it and was afraid that maybe something was wrong with the food. The sandwich was also messy. Panera employees at this location don't seem to care. Food costs too much these days to waste, but today I trashed it. PLEASE do better!

What an awful location. Do NOT leave without checking your order in the bag. They put like one slice of meat on their sandwiches, soup is cold, and nobody seems to care. When I mentioned to the team manager that I was almost just allowed to leave with half of my order not in my bag, I was met with a response along the lines of “...oh. Well, they’re not supposed to do that. Heh.” Yeah, just go elsewhere.

Employee in drive through asked for my number for rewards and she was messing with me and reading it back to me wrong 7 times. She was laughing.I then ordered food and she repeated it back to me wrong 3 times.Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. Will not come back.

Terrible. The customer service here is non-existent. I ordered at the kiosk then went back to the counter to wait for my food which should have been up in just a few minutes. I’m standing there for at least 10 minutes, no one acknowledges me in all that time. Finally I have to ask where my food is. THEY WEREN’T EVEN MAKING IT. How does that even happen? I’m on my lunch break and don’t have time to wait for stuff like this.

Second time I've ordered a coffee from the drive thru and been handed a coffee that is room temperature. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but the service here is questionable at best and the bathrooms are never clean. I refused to take my children to the bathroom here and went across the street because of the condition of the bathrooms on a regular basis. Wish this location was better because it's convenient and I like Panera.
