Worse location ever. And the only time I come here is when I’m at work. They are rude especially the African American girl all because i asked could she toast my bagel very rude. I will never be going here again. My bagels are extremely hard !!
After being on a diet of clear liquids in VUMC for several days, I was very excited to have just a simple grilled cheese & chocolate chip cookie from Panera. Unfortunately the half grilled cheese sandwich was awful (how does one mess up a basic grilled cheese?) with an odd taste & the chocolate chip cookie was as hard as a rock. The hospital cafeteria food is better than the food at this Panera. I wouldn’t recommend anyone spend a minute of their time or a dime of their money...read full review

My order is almost always messed up or missing something. The papaya green tea dispenser has caked old tea on it. They are just refilling daily and not cleaning it at all. It looks like algae. Been at Vanderbilt since February and it’s always nasty. The chicken is horrible and big huge chunks filled with water like juice that spews out when you take a bite.
