“I had never tried Panera until recently and while it is a little more pricey than I typically like to eat out it is well worth it. I highly suggest the avocado bacon melt and chocolate croissant!! I've been also looking for alternatives to Starbucks mocha frappes and their frozen chocolate latte was super good. A little bit of a wait but it was fine.“
“Shaunna I believe she is the cafe manager. She handled a situation beautifully as a manager. I used to be a manager for 6 years. And I understand what it's like. I ordered on the panera app. As I always do and I'm right next to my building. And I ordered $65 worth of food. And for some reason it didn't come even 20 minutes later after it was supposed to be there. And the delivery service must have taken the food. So I went up there. She apologized very sincerely and made sure to make the food fresh and quick and put me on priority. And I appreciate The amazing service, the whole team behind the counter that works on That shift should be commended and should get a pay raise. I will definitely be back many times in the future. I hope I spelt her name correctly. Great service guys keep up the good work.“
