Not consistent with product. Ordered a bakers dozen of bagels and 8 of the bagels they put in the box were flat like slices of bread. They should have never been served. They did not rise properly and came out flat. Very disappointing. The other items I ordered were great though!
The delicious food and pleasant atmosphere is great, but the gracious assistance of the staff is what I find most drawing. I was the recipient of a most unexpected get-well surprise today. My daughter and I needed the most unexpected surprise. Thank you so much. I have been a customer since Panera moved to the Boro. Thank you once again.
The service is going downhill at the Memorial location quickly. We were missing a whole sandwich, the macaroni sandwich has barely any noodles on it, and the condiments asked for on another sandwich aren't there. Normally I just let it be, but when I drop $70 for food, I hoped it would be better than this.
So disappointed:(
