The customer service is awful, I’ve spent 30 plus minutes in line multiple times . The sloths from zoo topia run this place .
I love Slim Chickens food....but after tonight, I'm a fan of their service as well! We placed a delivery order through the app. Our food showed up but the driver didn't even ring the bell. They dropped our food off on the sidewalk. We figured out it was there because our dog barked when they pulled out of the driveway.

My eldest daughter said it was better than Canes. I tried it and she was absolutely right!! Food was delicious.
