My husband and son pull in to get us a burger and it was totally awful The burger was cooked way to much the tots were like some that they forgot they had and put them in my bag they were Super Old the only thing I enjoys was my tea my husbands burger was Super Cold as though it was made and put in the freezer till needed Well until they improve We won’t be Back It’s literally I don’t wanna stop in any of them!
Customer service is extremely lacking at this establishment!! W waited for almost 20 minutes for service as did several other vehicles. Several Employees were seen peaking around the building with cigarettes and never did take orders. The laughed when cars drove off. No one ever took our order, no food was ever brought out in the time we were waiting. We left and went to another restaurant to get food.
I did not catch the young lady's name, but my receipt says Malia. She was so nice and helpful, even as you guys were slammed! I know she must have been a bit flustered and running like crazy but she was so awesome to us and just so friendly! We appreciate the superb service even under stress!!! Thank you, Malia, especially with everything going on, you did a great job and you helped make our stressful day better!
