The people have a good attitude and give good customer service. It's a toss up on if you're going to get the sauces you requested, though. And it would be great if the carhop at least waited until people check their bags for those sauces because otherwise, you gotta call over the speaker and wait for someone to bring it out. They forgot the sauce for my fries, gave me a bunch of ketchup I didn't ask for, but couldn't be bothered to give me the sauce I DID ask...

We came Saturday around 12:30pm and they were busier than Ive ever seen Sonic before like damn near every stall was filled. They were taking a long time with our order and we saw two people come and go before us so we pressed the button to ask about our order. Sydney fixed the whole situation for us. Truly the best customer service Ive experienced in a really long time, she showed genuine concern and got us our food, hot and fresh. Thank you so much ! Would definitely order here...

Vegetarian options: Like no vegetarian food here, best go elsewhere.
Dietary restrictions: Not really good for allergies, a few they are, but ya know, it's fast food.
Parking: Park in the stalls for ordering food.
