The Smiths Grove, KY location has went downhill big time in the last few months. Most of the pumps won't read your card, all of them are slow, and some don't even work at all! It's made the Speedy Rewards program almost not worth messing with!
Done with speedway after 25 faithfull years.
I always looked the other way on the fuel prices being a few cents higher for the convenience and reward system but now that they have made it so that you cannot refill a gas card after 7:00 p.m. and you cannot use a gas card to pay at the pump there's absolutely no reason to continue paying extra prices on gas and merchandise.

Management degrades its workers, even in front of customers. They’ve gotten into screaming matches in front of customers. She makes them work overtime and cuts their pay to not show overtime so she doesn’t get in trouble. (Wage theft)
Some of the workers are fantastic. They deserve far more credit than they get. The customers adore some of them. Great group of gals minus the two managers. If they got rid of them this store would thrive.
