“I went to this location tonight 12/4/2025 for the first time in like a year because I saw the sign that's says Under new Management. I met the new owner and he was super nice even though I went in like 15 mins before they close. The place even the bathroom was super clean And the food was still really good nothing looked like it had been out all day and it was fresh like its suppose to be. If you haven't been back to this location because of the bad service you use to get. Now is the time to give them a chance with the new owner.“
“The employees here are great. We'll staffed with fresh bread. The 'artists' make sandwiches following the guidelines but aren't mechanical which demonstrates their willingness to provide a good sandwich. Friendly, clean and worthy of my repeat business.
Parking on the other hand kinda stinks. With construction adjacent to them it makes parking at lunch a bit of a challenge but hopefully that is short-lived.“
“This is arguably the best subway sandwich I've had ever. Taegan and the long blonde hair dude(sorry i forgot your name) working the counter are awesome. I ordered online and called in requesting extra toasted. These guys remember my name everytime I order now and called me to make sure I wanted them double toasted again( I did). Heavy attention to detail and excellent customer service. These guys deserve a raise!“
“No bells or whistles. But the food and service were both spot-on. I ordered the Italian BMT with chips, cookie, and fountain drink. The place is kind of a dive. But I did not feel left wanting, and have no regrets. Very good sandwich. Very courteous service. I absolutely would go back.“

“well, they surprised me, open earlier than the sign said, very clean, flexible as i customized my order off-menu, patient & respectful of me as i tried to save money in my order-which is usually 1 of my true tests- i have a food science degree & know food regulations very well, but customer service was great there.
Vegetarian options: lacto-ovo vegetarian good, a vegan set of choices more limited, did not see soups though but they often have dairy cream base
Kid-friendliness: interacted well with my kid who ordered for herself
Parking: available for my EL Expedition to easily move in/out of, hard to get to lot in some ways as i pulled in another parking lot to go around a building to see backside of their building to go around it to get to its front, when it was front visible from the main road but i couldnt get straight to it easily from frontage road i turned on to
Dietary restrictions: knew all the ingredients and subingredients, had gluten free as i recall, been awhile dont quote me on that but she offered it.“
“The food was fresh, and the customer service excellent! The man who made the food for my family on Saturday, August 30, at 4:56 PM took great care in preparing the sandwiches. He was kind and diligent. We will stop at this Subway at 2012 Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro again.“

“Made the mistake of ordering from you know who for delivery, gave driver detailed instructions to find apartment, they took my money and cancelled order so I went in person. I recommend just going yourself, good food for half the price of delivery fees and so on.“
“I stopped by to grab subway right at closing time. If you know me, you know I don’t like to do that to people because I know how it feels. I didn’t catch the employees name but let’s just say his smile was contagious! To be 🤏close to closing and someone show up to slow me down would’ve driven me bonkers! But his attitude was nothing short of positive. He, genuinely, smiled the entire time while making my my sandwich and another customers.
